Sean brings his boundless energy and passion for the industry to our Board. He has a depth of experience in the mining industry having spent 10 years in investment and merchant banking primarily focused on the mining sector. More recently he has held senior executive and Board positions with a number of mining companies, including TVX Gold Inc., Atlantico Gold Inc. and Orvana Minerals Corp. He is currently also the Chairman of Andina Minerals Inc. Sean has an M.B.A in Finance and an LL.B specializing in tax and corporate law.

Chad Williams

President and CEO
Chad is a Professional Mining Engineer who spent 13 years as a successful gold mining analyst. Prior to joining Victoria as its CEO he was the head of Mining Investment Banking at Blackmont Capital Inc. Chad is uniquely positioned to lead Victoria’s growth with his advanced understanding of the gold industry and his background as a mining engineer.

John McConnell

Executive Vice President
John is a Professional Mining Engineer with extensive operating experience, something that is of huge value to Victoria as we move our projects forward. During John’s career he has worked for Placer Development Limited, Cominco Ltd, Strathcona Mineral Services, Breakwater Resources, De Beers Canada Inc. and most recently was the President and CEO of Western Keltic Mines Inc. until its takeover by Sherwood Copper Corp. John is also a Director of Silver Eagle Mines Inc.

Hugh A. Agro
Director
Hugh is a retired mining executive. Most recently, Hugh was Executive Vice President, Strategic Development at Kinross Gold Corporation responsible for Kinross’ growth activities including corporate development and exploration. He has previously held senior executive positions with Placer Dome Canada, Senator Capital Partners and in investment banking with Deutsche Bank’s Global Metals and Mining Group. Hugh is a Professional Mining Engineer and holds an M.B.A in Finance.

Mike McInnis
Director
Mike brings over 35 years of experience in mineral exploration in North America and overseas to the Victoria board. He has over 25 years of experience in managing public resource companies and has a demonstrated track record in acquiring and developing high quality mineral projects. He serves on the Boards of several other minerals companies including Canadian Gold Hunter Corp., Abacus Mining & Exploration Corp., Niblack Mining Corp., Canasil Resources Inc. and Riverstone Resources Inc.

Leendert (Len) G. Krol
Director
Len is currently a Director of Romarco Minerals, Inc, Brazauro Resources Corporation and was a Director of Strata Gold Corporation. After 40 years of diversified experience in the mining industry, including 16 years gold exploration for Newmont and Brazauro, 15 years diamond exploration for De Beers, ASAM and Anaconda and 3 years of Base Metal and Uranium exploration for Anglo American. Held the position of VP Exploration for Newmont from 1994-2001 until he retired in 2001.
